MEET COACH RACHEL

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a Certified Running & Ultrarunning Coach, Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, mom of 3 daughters, wife, and RUNNER! I have always had an interest in health and wellness, which led me to choose the field of Science and Dietetics as a career. Practicing dietetics for the last 15+ years, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of patients ages 0-100+, learning that every single person is different, and has different nutrition needs.
Early in my nutrition career, I began running for fun in addition to lifting, and never thought I could complete a 5k. Fast forward to today, and I am able to say that I am a three time Boston Marathoner, have run world major qualifying times, and just completed my 9th ultramarathon, including a 50 mile race placing third female overall. What?!
Just about 6 years ago, my running had plateaued after having my second daughter, which led me to learn more about myself and the sport of running. I ended up becoming certified in running and ultra running, started my own coaching business, which has led me to the most rewarding years of my career thus far. I am passionate about empowering my athletes utilizing my education, knowledge and unwavering support. There is no better feeling than being able to marry the things I love- running, nutrition, and strength training AND use these tools to help other runners achieve their goals!
I have worked with hundreds of athletes and helped them achieve goals they may have never thought imaginable. I provide my athletes completely individualized training, paces, tailored nutrition plans, fueling recommendations, and strength training to support their goals every step of the way.
